Newbie - impart your wisdom plz!

So I'm new to the whole PH thing but I'm here to learn. I'm about to start my first cycle ever and here's what I've been doing up until now.

Mega Men Sport - 2 per day (morning, evening)
Amplified Mass XXX - 2 per day with 1% milk or soy milk; Each one = 790 calories/53g protein per serving/3g creatine (=820calories w/ soy)
Amplified Creatine - 2 at least 1/2hr before workout (=1250mg)
Triple Strength Fish Oil - 1500mg (1 at night)
L-Glutamine Powder - 5g post workout
Assault MusclePharm - 23g which is 1 heaping tbsp (pre-workout booster)

The above has been working pretty well for me for the past three months and I've seen some decent gains. Here's what I'm about to do....

All of the above again....

10mg Powerdrol 10 (1 capsule)
ProteX cycle assist (2 capsules)

Well see how it goes the first week then I will bump the Halo V and Powerdrol up to 2 per day (each). The only thing I'm worried about really is hair loss and b!^@$ tits, so hopefully that doesn't happen. Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated. Glad I found this site.

Also I will be taking a post cycle called Post Cycle 3X. Everything is from Vital Labs (all ph's, cycle assist, post cycle). I also plan on upping the H2O intake by 1 1/2 liters.
 
From what I've learned is that pre-workouts can fuck you up pretty bad from what I hear, but people have taken them no problemo, that's just my two cents. Running test along side your cycle would be genius, unless you like not having a sex drive. I'm running a halodrol cycle atm and added N2Guard on top of my liver support, just to be safe.
 
I don't think stacking both of those is a good idea for a first cycle, gonna be pretty hard on your liver. You would be better off just taking one, like just h-drol. You shouldn't use a pre-workout on cycle because it will mess with your blood pressure, and make sure you have something for blood pressure just in case.

Also you didn't list a SERM in your PCT. Get one asap if you don't have one because you are going to be needing it or you're gonna fuck up your hormones.
 
Thanks for the input! I was going to double down on both (taking 20mg of Powerdrol and 50mg of Halo V for a total of 4 pills/ once in the morning and then mid-day) but I think I'm going to stay with one each in the morning. Only two more weeks to go anyway.

No real sides anymore. I was having headaches and the nips felt funny for about 4 hours in the morning but then would go away. That all went away about day 4-5 and after increasing water intake.

I've been laying off the pre-workout. I take it about every other workout and only a half a serving. It helps with intensity I think but I'll go with your advice and just cut it off all together.

Now to the most important thing....PCT and SERM. So I have the Post Cycle 3X by Vital Labs that came with the stack. Is that not going to be enough? It's supposed to be an all-in-one post cycle therapy (pct). Here is what's in it:

your going to want a serm and probably an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) also, i have found from personal experience "all in one" pct's are more or less worthless. get yourself some clomid and exemestane

Thank you all for your input...although I think we started to digress there at the end. Never-the-less, I will be looking into getting SERM in addition to the all-in-one I'll be taking.

I'm toying with extending my cycle for two more weeks (originally planned for 4 weeks). I've been staying at 35mg a day total pretty much the whole time. One Powerdrol-10 (10mg) and one Halo V (25) in the morning. I took an additional 20mg of Powerdrol for two days. I could def. feel the difference and man did it make me irritable. The bottle said no more than 2 in a 24hr period and that was 3 ....oops. Tomorrow I will be on two Powerdrol-10 per day until my cycle is complete (plus 1 Halo V).

Anyway, thanks again to all of you! Please feel free to throw any other tips/ideas/thoughts my way, I'm here to learn. I'll be posting gains on the 3rd. (day28).

Don't stack anything for your for your time. Also eat more food instead of mass gainer. Real cals r better than it.

I like supplements but ur taking a few too many cut down on a few. For ur height ur pretty small. Add some liquid egg whites to ur protein shakes if anything
 
Calories are calories, no need to throw in egg whites into your shakes(wtf?)

Your supps are fine OP, as long as you can afford it there's no problem.

28 days later from starting Powerdrol-10 (10mg) and Halo V (25mg) plus taking all the stuff I mentioned above and here what I got in return:

My focus was chest and it clearly paid off, but I obviously need to get more well rounded and spread the wealth around. I just made up my own routines which in retrospect was dumb. So now it's 30 days post cycle therapy (pct) and 30 days off. Then I plan to run it all again. I weigh myself as soon as I wake up, which is the "lightest" part of the day that way I'm not cheating. I weighed myself three times at night and was 194 which I thought was ridiculously inaccurate.

Anyway thank you all for all your input, I'm glad I found this site! I'm hooked!
 
This is a in life in general statement. Something I learned from a work seminar.

People who push 2 or 3 fronts tend to be successful in all.
People who push 6/8 fronts tends to accomplish 2/3
People who more then 10 tend to not accomplish shit.

You had a focus of chest and you knocked it out the park. Good job don't worry about the rest.
