Newbie in the house

60 minutes for one bodypart? Sounds like a lot.. Are you growing? Gaining strength? How many sets? I like the idea of one bodypart per workout, but I find myself leaving the gym in 20-25 mins

Yes I am growing...a little, like to grow faster. My strength feels like it's increasing every workout!. I do about 16 sets per body part and sometimes I jump back on cardio after weights or try a new excersize/machine. It's not always 60min, give or take 15. My wife sais my manboobs are disappering...things are definatley changing. Energy is great. Would like more libido!

a lot of people do one body part at a time.

this is my weekly routine. if im tryin to cut fat then i throw in some cardio after i lift and 2 rest days turn into cardio days.
