You need to post this in the cycle forum. This is for TRT. Additionally, if you want competent, knowledgeable advice, you need to put more information before asking for advice IE: age, weight, history, current labs etc.

welcome! asking so blase about advice on dosages to cycle is not a good idea, it would be best for you to read the steroid profiles of each item on your cycle list and also read the beginers cycle sticky https://www.steroidology.com/forum/...ycling-beginners-guide-safe-androgen-use.html and all other stckies there for beginers.
plase list all your stats as was asked above and try to show more respect for this sport and not call it a thingy, because if you dont do it right here, your penis will end up being just that, a thingy.

You need more things before you start. Post Cycle Therapy. Do not pin till you have PCT. It is in the stickies. You may end up limp for life without it.

Just a heads up, anadrol and anavar in the same cycle is bad planning and shows your lack of knowledge big time. Don't be ignorant and do your research. You'll only hurt yourself bud...
