You should post in 3Js thread and let him critique your diet.

My 2 cents: Doesn't look like you are weighing your food. That's very important. You need to know the calories going in, with macros. I've seen 3J say more than once, no carbs at night. Also it doesn't look like you are getting near enough carbs or calories. Depending on your portion sizes you could be getting as little as 1500 calories per day with what you are eating now. I'm gonna say all around you are not eating enough. Ditch the fruit and go with brown rice instead. You can eat more and still lose fat, you just have to do it the right way. Also get breakfast lunch and dinner out of you mind and think of your meals as numbers and get 6-7 of them a day.

Calculate your BMR and TDEE. Base your intake on +/- TDEE based on your goals.

If you are really serious, hook up with 3J. His diet programs are amazing and very affordable, keeps you from guessing, and I have never heard of anyone not having success with him.

I will look into this.
So far i am starting with no experience and picking up what i can as i go, I keep hearing brown rice so i will try to get some of this.
No i have never weighed my food, this concept is new to me :)
I will read more on this board and look for 3J's topics see what i can learn.
Today i upped all my weights tho im still not lifting very heavy, perhaps more calories and food will help.
Im sorry for asking sutch novice questions but iv learned when you dont know just find some one who does lol.
Thanks for your patience with a noob.
