Newbie: Opinions on my first cycle as an athlete in wrestling.

First time on this site. I can see already it seems some of you get annoyed with newbie questions. So i apologize if i posted in wrong spot or what not. But yes, im a newb, have never done steroids before. Am an active jiujitsu competitor, kinda like wrestling or grappling if you dont know. I plan on upping my training as well as stregnth training with a full time job.
So mainly looking for faster recovery speed, stregnth, more lean, and a little size but not much because i compete in a weight class. Also curiose if my stamina and cardio will increase? This was recommended to me by my guy. Also i should add i have a little bit of gyno already naturally so definitely want to do what it takes to avoid it worsening. I also have no idea what to take as far as estrogen blockers during my cycle or only post cycle not sure yet. Or what brand/how much to take if it even matters. I have purchased milk thistle but also am not sure how much/what brand/when if it even matters.
But those questions I'm still doing research on so not necessarily focused on getting answers for that but would appreciate it. Thank you guys very much. I copy and pasted the following so sry for repeat info.

First time user. Opinions?

This is what was recommended for me by my guy for my needs. First time user for steroids. Im a JiuJitsu (grappling,wrestling) competitor looking for strength, speed , and recovery for the amount of training ill be doing. Not necessarily looking for size. Would more so prefer becoming lean and more cut.

I was recommended 1cc of each , twice a week for a month.

Havent started yet. Still doing research. How does this sound? Thank you guys.

Most friends here won't recommend AAS until your 25, for your benefit and that of your hpta(recovery)
4 weeks is useless ( 8 weeks fast ester min, 12 wk better)
Test only first cycle
If won't help your cardio at all, might even hinder it some
Do more research including AI admin on cycle and proper pct when cycle is over
Research ALL the risks involved with using AAS, remember it's your body and you only get one!
 
Oh sorry , im 25. Your saying 4 weeks is useless as far as what? What im looking for or any results period? Yes still doing research and will be for a bit. I appreciate the response thank you!
 
wrestling is a power to less weight heavy on stamina thing right ?

AAS are for 99 percent of time gaining size, assisting sick people w muscle emaciation...I m o
 
AAS is the second acronym on the list on the frequently asked questions that tbonexl posted. This is something u should know or be able to find out instantly.
 
You need more gear dude. Not enough for half a cycle. Do some homework and check out the stickies for good info.

You're correct except for the cardio. Every pro cyclist uses and they have the best endurance of any athletes. I wonder what those guys use.
 
No matter what OP you don't jump in on steroids at whatever compound you think will help with what end result you want. Using steroids is a science to be used safe and also to combine with the hard correct type of training, with the correct diet for your purpose (sport) goal.

For the newbie Test should be the only compound and there are many reasons, not to explain now. You and your body need to learn how to maximize what steroids do. They change many different things such as dealing with your metabolism. You and your body don't know what to do yet.

Test for a first cycle will bring you to a much increased level with any of your wanted effects. Your first cycle will increase your strength, stamina, appetite. That's a lot to learn what to deal with first cycle.

PS: Sustanon can be a bitch to deal with at first. No offence but you are not educated enough yet. You didn't even know what AAS stood for. Read more, much more and ask Q's about what you read. Good luck :)

What you are looking for would require you to stay on the steroids. You would have to keep taking them to continue experiencing performance enhancement. I don't think it's a good idea. If you want to get more lean and cut, burn some fat, then bulk up until you reach your desired body comp. Mixed martial artists are known to take AAS so there's definitely a use there, but i get the feeling it's not something you need yet. Jiujitsu is the kind of thing where technique is more important than physical performance , although it's important and you need excellent conditioning to perform at the top level. What is your body fat percentage? Give a rough estimate, if you have no idea, google some pictures.

The main thing is erythopoietin, to increase red blood cell production. I'm sure they use some dry androgens for recovery, aggression, etc. Aggression you ask? Yeah, the aggression to bear through the burn of endurance training. The kind of toughness that makes you stick it out when a normal person would scream for mercy. Just a theory of course. I'm not into endurance sports :)
 
I appreciate it. To be honest ive read a lot and still am not educated enough to decipher that this is a horrible cycle as you say.. im still reading every chance i get. As you know theres a lot to this . But rather ask a dumb or annoying question from time to time if i have yet to come accross that part in my research. So sry again i understand what your saying. Understood. And not jumping in to anything right now to make it clear. This was just recommended by my guy who has experience. What do you mean by sust is a bitch to deal with at first? Research is telling me winny might the right thing for this sport. But still reading and will be for some time. Thanx again.
