Newbie question

In the recipes that are posted it usually says whatever powder to use, such as test powder or winnie powder. How do you produce the powder of whatever you have from its liquid mixture of oil or water?

Why would you want to extract it from its oil or water suspension? Use the gear you got or get help to plan out your cycle to your max potential..
