Well before I started lifting (I provided the pic) I went to the gym and they gave me a free session with a personal trainer. He took me to a machine where it weighed me and gave lean body mass, body fat % and a bunch of other stuff. He told me I was at 7. Im saying 9 now just by guessing but I could be wrong. And as far as running a cycle Im planning on doing a test only cycle after another year of lifting naturally. Just here to get info until thenMaybe, Like I said, I'm not a good judge. Where did you get your numbers? Were they calipers or a dip tank?
I know a few guys here are much better at this than I am. Hopefully one of them will stop by.
Back to your OP, Are you planning to run a cycle or just asking out of curiosity?
