Hello all. Going to see if I can learn something here.

Have no idea what direction I am going to go but almost 35 and just plateau in the gym. Frustrated. Try eating well, some supplements.

Run my own biz and have a 2 yr old and I want to use my free time to get some results. Only looking to lean out and build a little, no bulk.

Advise welcomed. Been reading up on Anavar/Oxandrolone....

Thx.

JC

Read the very first sticky in the AAS forum called "oral cycles". Dont do oral only cycles. Just dont. Keep researchin bro.

Ok. Thx again. So, did not read all 20 pages but I should mention I am totally ok with injectables if I knew WTF I could do not to go overboard and find a balanced and safe cycle. Since I am not trying to get huge I did not consider that at first. Also, was a little wary on sources of gear whether oral or injectable. Former USMC and have been working out for as long as I can remember with nothing extra except good diet, vitamins and some supplements here and there to include protein, creating, NO.

Any advise on a conservative cycle and any advise on shopping online?

Good read buffg. Guess I just need to stick around until I know where to buy gear safely. No locals although have been keeping an eye out. Would rather get mailed anyway when I find somewhere reputable.

So, I am thinking test enth, with Aromatase inhibitor (AI), Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) then PCT per the thread. Before I get to far into this, is there anything I should do ahead of time with diet and vitamins. Prep my body ahead of time or as long as my diet is good (it is) and I regularly work out I will respond well?

Sounds good, id definitely get your diet and training 100% straight before starting out. Get yourself situated and adjusted to and comfortable with the lifestyle that comes with AAS use (lots of proper eating, getting good rest, hard training, etc). Continue to do lots of research and learn everything you can, the more you know the better decisions you will be able to make. Stick around ology, there are good sources out there, i get my gear locally but just from reading and keeping up youll def start to piece together things. Play detective, good things will come.

Oh and by the way as far as your diet goes (since you mentioned it) I highly recommend getting in touch with 3J (board sponsor 3J's Nutrition | Diet and fitness consulting to get you to the next level.), ive used him personally with amazing results. Its an online process which may sound a bit weird initially but i can assure you its actually quite interactive and he def knows his sh*t.

G2G!

Thanks bro

Hello,

I am sorry I am posting a new topic in your form, but being new here I have yet to find how to post my own topic.

Recently I have been recommended to take a cycle of tren (mostly because its easily available around me) but after researching it on my own I have decided that even a low dose of 200mg a week would not be ideal for me as I am only 22 and have only been lifting for 6 years(my family is heavy into weights)

This turns me to juice pump as an alternative, I have read several posts hearing that this product is "g2g" but when i called the contact number I got what appeared to be a residential line. I was wondering if anyone had any real information on the product or information regarding a line of contact I could reach to place an order.

I would greatly appreciate your help and would be more then willing to post my finding on the product for others looking into it.

you should get your test levels checked, just cause as you age your test levels start dropping, if your really low test then it'll be alot harder for you to accomplish your goals, worth looking into, maybe testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) could happen and you'll have tests of a 20 year old? who knows :P

you gotta include test with tren, also have everything you need on hand, you may or may not start lactating from tren, i wouldn't consider 200mg a low dose, especially since its your first time, i recommend just running test, hows ur diet, workout routine?

Thank you, I understand matching the dose with test e or test c in a tren cycle and running a post cycle therapy (pct), I just don't think I'm old enough for a true steroid. That's why I was looking into juice pumps products.

As for my diet and routine, I eat between 4 and 6 times per day on top of a 30 grams of protein pre and post workout protein shake, generally for each meal I try to get 30+grams of protein and a serving of veggies. I am 178 pounds so from what I've been taught this should be enough for good gains. For my routine I workout 6 days a week doing muscle grouping, I switch from sets of 10 to sets of 6 every 6 weeks, roatating some of the lifts and the number of sets, and every couple cycles I throw in a 10-7-4 pyramid cycle.

I have been running muscle grouping routines for about 3 years, before that I did upperbody/lower body routines.

Any help with the juice pump series or another series would greatly be appriciated

Sounds you got your head on strait bro. Ive never heard of juice pump, but i can tell you, if you bump up your cals and just train hard, youll see great results.

Maybe try getting some creatine? If you want to get that "big" look, it will help.

Good luck bro.
