This is a thread thats is going to explain why these more experienced guys ask so many questions. You probably feel the same way I did when I fist started asking questions. I thought to my self....... These guys use steroids all the time and tell me I dont need them or I need to post my stats. But as I got more experienced I learned why. For one you should not use AAS at a younger age or until you have meat a plateu! Get your diet right lift for a few years and wait................AAS are not miracle drugs. They help for when you have hit that wall. They are trying to help you by telling you to post your stats, diet, routine, etc. I know a guy at powerhouse that ran the test only cycle for years before he hit his wall. These guys are here to help you so work with them.

Also never be afraid to ask! The question may seem dumb but everybody has to start somewhere!

The very first question I ever asked on a forum was if cheese was a fat, protein, or carb. It might seem dumb now but I didn't know.

Actually its a very good question. The answer is. Cheese has fat, carbs and Protein (not a good sore of protein). Different cheeses have different fat levels and organic cheeses have higher levels of fats or more CLA and EFA's and varying grams of carbs. Pasteurized milk make cheeses with very low levels of usable EFA's and higher fat's concentrations.

Please Learn how to eat to grow and what to eat and when. It's much more important than to you success then whether you take Steroids or not. Steroids can often have irreversible negative effects on your body.

Thanks Miss muscle. Some people said my first questions were dumb but I didn't mean for them to be. I know now a ton about health stuff.
