planning on running 10 wks test with a tbol kickstart. aromasin will be e3d starting week 3 and I will adjust according to how my body is reacting to everything. my main question is should I run the tbol 40mg/day for six weeks or start lower and pyramid up to 40.

3-5 oz green veg. and 4 oz cooked white rice
