I am pretty darn sure that you can not increase your raw speed past the age of somwhere around 13-15.
You can increase technique so to speak which will help to make you a faster runner.
I have some strength and conditioning manuals for a few NCAA teams and maybe an NFL team or three...let me look for a few days to see what I can come up with.
I had a Div lifting program at one time, i also had a Giants lifting program that was given to me by Bart Oates. I lift with two guys who were in the NFL for short periods of time, if i remember i will ask them.
I am a strength and conditioning coach at a Division 2 school and I can say that skill position athletes work mostly on form to improve speed. Their is no real difference in strength exercises.
