found a pretty quick and nice meal here guys. at sams or winn dixie place they have these natural brown rice w/ vegies mix in a bag that steams it self. throw that bastard in the microwave for 4 mins and it's done, good source of fibers and natty carbs/protein. I add two cans of tuna to it and man it's a bad ass filling meal a about 70g of protein after mix.
you guys should look for it in the stores. helps me out when im tired and don't feel like cooking a big ass meal or waiting 45 mins to cook some baked chicken
