Nitrix oxide injectable steroid?

Guys i know the main reasons for vascularity are thin skin,genetics,water retention and so...but a guy in my gym had a shot from some guy which makes his veins bigger and vascular..he doesnt know its name...is there any injectable steroids other than nitric oxide supps to make veins bigger ?

A lot of AAS can increase NO values in the bloodstream. I really question the sanity of someone taking a mystery shot from some guy in the gym though.

By the way, it's Nitric Oxide you're looking for. Arginine and cialis can improve their retention without letting some one put a needle in you.

Pretty sure that one shot 3 years ago isn't the reason for someone being vascular today. If that were the case, I'd be all ears as I've never heard of anything remotely close to having this ability.

I'd put money on this gym guy lowering bf and cycling AAS for the last 3 years instead.

EDIT: Use Cialis, it will blow out all other NO2 supps on the market at 10mg an hour or 2 pre-workout. I take 10mg ED.
