No appetite at all on DBOL?

Hey everyone so I'm going to be done with week 3 of test and dbol (40mg ed) so far this Sunday. Before my cycle I was able to eat this diet shown below, however now its hard to eat.... and at times I can get really lazy. The pumps are great at the gym. The morning wood is there. Anyone experience this problem while on Dbol?

Meal 1: 5 large egg whites 85 kcal, 18g P
1/2 cup (dry uncooked) oat meal 150kcal, 5g P, 27g C
1 Scoop of Mass Gainer 650 kcal, 13g P, 129g C, 5g F
1 table spoon flaxseed oil 130 kcal, 14g F.


Meal 2: 5 ounces of chicken 156 kcal, 0 carbs, 33.3 grams P, 6g Fat
1/2 cup of rice 107.5kcal, 22.21g C, 2.5g P
1 table spoon flaxseed oil 130 kcal, 14g F.


Meal 3: 3 ounces of chicken 93.5 kcal, 0 carbs, 20 grams P, 3.5g Fat
1 med sweet potato "5 ounce 130 kcal, 25g C, 2.5g P
1/2 cup of rice 107.5kcal, 22.21g C, 2.5g P
4oz broccoli 36 kcal, 7.52g C, 3.2g P

Meal 4: 3 ounces of chicken 93.5 kcal, 0 carbs, 20 grams P, 3.5g Fat

1 medium Banana 27g C, 110 kcal
1 table spoon flaxseed oil 130 kcal, 14g F.

Calories: 3,300 kcal
Protein: 173.9g
Carbs: 455g
Fats: 70g
 
Sorry to hear this bro. Never experienced "no appetite" on those compounds. I usually eat everything but the house(including the old lady too;-).
I DO KNOW, I want to marry your avi.

Most people experience hunger increase on dbol but loss of appetite can happen and is not uncommon.Anything that is toxic to your liver can cause this. Look into using b-12 or ghrp-6 to help with increasing your hunger and also if you not using good liver protection, start

I'm using cycle assist, it helps with prostate, blood pressure, liver, and etc.... (Blood pressure today before noon was at 174/78). I expected to be a lot more hungry. It really is odd, I never experienced this at all while on tren with test (that cycle made me just eat and eat).

Well get back to this thread when I'm off the D-bol to update any members that would come across this ever. (NPP will be included during week 5 of the cycle)

No appetite on cycle usually means your E2 is out of wack. in most cases people (me included ) have crashed their E2 and loose energy and appetite. This is why I tell guys that crashing can ruin a cycle. When you can't go to the gym due to no energy and you aren't eating. This of course due to Estrogen crash.

I've seen you around and think you know about all the sides of High n Low estrogen.

That's my 2c

haha thank you & Yessir, my e2 was low back in September when I did blood test (blood test was taken in the evening, and i was off for over a year). I'm currently using only .40mg of adex every third day. But I plan on taking another blood test while on this cycle.

Cool beans man. I have crashed before twice as a matter in fact. Really screwed me up the first time cause I didn't know for a while what was up.

Also wanted to add the next day after I finish Dbol. I'll be getting a blood test for FSH, LH, Estradial, & Progesterone, testosterone levels & PSA levels. I believe that this also will help with finding out if my E2 levels are in check.

- For the first 5 week of the cycle I changed the test dose to 600mg/week. I did this ONLY because I will have around 1400-1700mg left over in a vial. So I decided to blast the test in the beginning.

In case anyone is wondering what my cycle looks like right now.

Starting weight ~ 192-193lbs
Height: 5'11"
BF%~ 10-13%

What does cardio look like during the week for the entire cycle.
*20-30minutes of stair master heart rate level at 170-190 BPM (burning about 200-300 calories)
- About 3-5x/week
- Jump roping 3 X 10min sessions a day. Half an hour of jump roping burning roughly depending on intensity of about 100-200 calories per session. I***8217;m assuming I***8217;ll just be burning around 100.
- I will try to include HIIT half way through the cycle.

Week 1-4 Dbol --> 40mg/day
Week 5-17 NPP --> 400mg/week
Week 1-15 Test E --> 375mg/week

Week 3-17 HCG 500iu***8217;s/week
Week 5-17 Prami 0.30mg e3d or eod
AI on hand (Adex if week will do 0.40mg/ e3d)

PCT:
Torem 120/90/60/60/40
(I have Novla on hand, but this is more than enough after having better recovery than using the combo of clomid and novel).

(Day 18 @ 198lbs)

Copy n paste thing. Now what I said there is very simplistic and I think it is just right on. Ya know IMHOP. so here it is , what I said............

Simple Simon, your hormones have a correct balance to them. But we need to keep our Estrogen where it should be naturally so the extra Test can do what it needs to do as , Yes extra above normal.

Everything we are doing isn't quite normal. All of these intense workouts, the protein intake, the calories above what we need naturally and on. Our metabolism raises and we synthesize protein faster so , get it we need to keep everything functioning as efficient as possible. If our body and systems are going thru extra work as in the sides then we aren't utilizing the added test and heightened metabolism we are trying to achieve. I just explained in simple laymen terms.

WE want the least amount of stress going on within our bodies. Estrogen control is doing that.



I hope that sheds a little light on why myself and others if I can say tell people to run and AI not to just have it on hand. However Now if you are keeping a close monitor on that "E" level and it's G2G well again Simple Simon says you don't need it. BUT with out BW evidence , us it.

One observation that jumps out to me is the high ratio of carbohydrates in your meal plan versus protein....

Carbs fill you up a lot more than protein and fats, so you might want to consider upping your protein and dropping your carbs, as they will surely be making you feel bloated and tired.

I'd shoot for 1.5g of protein per lb of bodyweight as a starter, and then divvy the rest of your calorie intake up with the carbs and fats.

You could cycle lower carb - higher fat days with higher carb - lower fat days too, to break up the monotony.

I think very often we are quick to look at the AAS as to the reasons for things going awry - but often the solution lies with the fuel we put in our tanks.
 
I know every time I run an oral like Dbol or a bombs I get bad heartburn which makes it hard for me to eat. I usually end up taking Prilosec or a lot of tums. Makes me not want to eat.getting worse as I get older.
 
Hello everyone, just a little update. My emotions during the time of this post were everywhere. From not trusting anyone, to blaming everyone, to hating everyone (this is not me). I was really worried, I was about to drop the cycle since it was affecting me this bad. A lot stress overall.
But I will still update this when I do get my blood test in about a week or so. Wanted to inform everyone that I woke up today and yesterday feeling like million dollars, words can't even explain. Happy, ready to go. The sleep has finally gotten better. Ive been having insomnia too lately.

This is day 24 on 600mg of TEST E and day 24 on 40mg ed of Dbol. Once I do 5 weeks of 600mg of test E i will drop it back down to 375mg when I add 400mg of NPP. Hope y'all have a great day!

Also forgot to add. That I dropped that mass gainer protein. I take half. Feeling a lot better. Think the abnormal amount of carbs I was taking was really effecting me too.

Hey I never experienced the appetite issue when taking dbol but I will tell you Anadrol does that to me big time. In fact for me thats just one of a few issues I experience when I take drol. Drol effects me so much and I feel so bad when using it that I will not even take it anymore.
