Assuming your diet and training are on point, you should start noticing the effect around week 5. Depending on the person we all react differently. It's your first cycle so you may be expecting too much as most people have the wrong idea on how aas work. It's not a magic pill...

your AT the fourth week . so you go 3 weeks under your belt . Deca takes 8 weeks to kick in. What do you expect to feel after a few weeks? this is not a sprint, its a marathon , things take time.
your not going to miraculous turn into beast after pinning a tiny bit of steroids.

takes a few weeks just to notice anything, 8 weeks to make note of it. run cycle min 12wks deca and 14 test IMO

I am a trt patient. My first cycle is Test at around 700mg per week and Nandrolone 600mg a week. I gained 10 lbs by week 4. I didn't start to notice anything (without someone putting me on a scale), until week 5. Week 6 is lookin' good.

i agree with the time, 4 weeks is nothing. but not with dose... 400mg ew is med/normal . i wouldent go more than 500mg ew with deca and usually go with around 300mg ew with 250-750mg test and its great. with test sure ill go to 1g, but 750test and 300mg deca ew is awesome : P

anyways OP first cycle should eb test only for various reasons and if you dont know why then read all the threads that stay stuck up top in the aas section (the stickies)
