first off, IMO this is the best site for aas info that I have found. I have been doing reasearch on this site for some time and started my first cycle.
test e and dbol. my problem is I can not get quality sleep. my question is should i take lunesta at bed time. will this help my recovery.

I always try to keep away from sleep meds because its just too adictive. You will always need them once you start, its too psychologicaly addictive.

Also I dont think the problem is related to your cycle.. dbol and test are not known to induce insomnia or such sleep troubles.. unlike clen or tren..

Do you mean you have insomnia or just feel tired all the time? If you dont have insomnia but just feel tired, you may not drink enough or need vitamin supps.. i always include a string vitamin supp in my cycles
 
What week are u in on ur cycle? Everybody reacts differently to different compounds. I know for me if I inject Test in the evening, lets say between 6-8pm it will jack me up, therefore causing me to have trouble going to sleep. Not saying thats ur issue, but its a possibility. Post ur injection times, and also did this issue begin when u started running gear? Like g1234 stated, leave those sleep aids alone, they are very addictive and a bad idea imo.
 
Yeah man i was put on sleep aids when i was still a teenager and now i absolutly CANT sleep without them, and if i do forget to take them and im able to go to sleep, they give me the craziest dreams and then i will wake up after about 2 hours so try to avoid those
 
when im on high doses of test i get bad anxiety and cant sleep. the only thing that works for me is xanax. but like the others said, its very addictive

I like to do my injections in the morning to start my day.
currently doing 500mg ew
25 dbol ed

I am in my 3rd week. I was 10 weeks into my first cycle about 2 years ago and had no problem. I was carjacked at knife point and while trying to be billy bad ass severed artary's and tendons in my hand and kinda fell out of my workout schedule. I ahve been back at it for about 3 months before I started this cycle and this just started about a week ago. I am eating about 3500-4500 cals. a day. am I not eating enough hence the lack of sleep? from what I read in this forum, rest is just as important as working out I was told by my DR that lunesta is fine for long term use. would 10 weeks get me hooked?. thanks for the input, you guys/gals rock!
 
update. thanks for the input. finaly sleeping better. did like you said and added a one a day vit. I am up 6-9 pounds so far depending on the time of day.
 
Twist and Burn is my philosophy!! The only side effects is it will make u Hungry, Happy, and Sleepy!!
 
dbol has is a slight central nervous stimulant that could be your issue if your taking them late in the day....also some benedryl will help you sleep without the addictive side of sleep aids, just use it when needed not all the time
