No sources..Check the Board?

Hi, New to this site and to use of gear. I have read many posts and stickies, and i do understand the no asking for sources part. I read it carefully and it states that i must search the board. What board are you talking about? I have searched through forums and no one offers legit sources or even fake ones. Its not easy for someone like me starting out to magically know what sites are good or who to even talk to offline. I am almost for sure 90% of the users on here found information through someone else on here, and i know for sure 90% of you didnt go around purchasing gear from miscellaneous sites just to find one that actually works... There has got to be a way i can find out...I dont even know where to begin looking anymore...

Take your time Rome wasn't built in a day. Hang around make some freinds, do alot of research and everything will fall into place.

Starting a thread like this makes you look very impatient like hundreds of others that have passed through here justvlooking for gear.

Haha, yeah i finally took about 3 hours of my day to read a shit ton of posts and i finally caught on to the abbreviations, thanks to everyone else on here for your help.
