I'm writing here to obviously get some advice from the experts, or anyone who is willing to take the time to offer it.
My story is as follows. I'm 22, weigh 190lbs (was at 230lbs/5% bf) and have been on three courses in my life. I started at 21 with my ex-gf's dad who is a pro bodybuilder (no names mentioned) anyways he helped with my three courses and I've learn't a lot from him and i am in no way one of those "young kids who want to just go curl for the girls"
the reason i lost weight is because i had shoulder surgery 6 months ago and have steadily been out of it.
My question is.. Since i reached 230lbs with my gear, will it be possible for me to reach that weight without any gear and just diet and gym? im sure the courses helped me surpass my natural plateau so will it "theoretically" possible for me to get there again? (as if the gear has now furthered my natural plateau to 230lbs?)
My diet is as follows:
8am Oats and protein shake
11am Inner armour mass peak 1/2 serving and raman noodles and can of tuna
2pm chicken breast and 2 baked potatoes and protein shake
5pm inner armour mass peak shake (post gym)
8pm dinner and protein shake
11pm inner armour mass peak 1/2 serving
