Nolva dosage question

I am currently on cycle and I plan to switch Letro for nolva and I would like to know a safe dosage to avoid the estrogen effects.

Right now, I take sustanon 650mg/week.

normally 20mg ed for the remainder of the cycle is the recommended dose for someone who has had gyno, reversed it and wishes to keep it from reappearing

nolva isn't needed imo if you have not had signs of gyno already

letro dosnt do wut nolva dose!! letro is an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) it stops convertion to estrogen nolva ONLY blocks the estro at the some sites eg. BREASTS!!
meaning you still having estrogen building up in you blood!!!!
use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) not nolva .

ps. letro is rilly strong id only use .25 mg EOD not 1.5-2.5mg i see some dummys using with no need to.

u may opt for a weaker Aromatase inhibitor (AI) if gyno isnot a big prob for you.

ya ... i never had a prob with it but i also never took more then .5mg ed tho it was still more then i needed .
try .25mg eod . even e3d. hope it works for you.

ps. liqued chems sometimes are over or under dosed wich is why i like it from a pharm.
so if yours is liquid u may have to feel it out a bit . but aim for .25 eod for a few weeks and see how you do.
