Nolva doses for precautionary reasons

What is the amount of nolvadex you take in a day to prevent gyno. Assuming you are taking test and dbol. Also would your dosage vary if you already have signs of gyno?

If you start getting symptoms, take 40 mg/day until symptoms subside, then 20 mg/day for the duration of your cycle.

For purely precautionary measures, (no symptoms), I would say 10 mg/day should do it.

Id say it partly depends on how much test but mostly I've heard is 10-20mg per day is good.

after a cycle ends, do the lumps get smaller? also can clomid be used as a anti if novaldex isn't handy.

IMHO.... 20mg/day nolva... And if lumps exist overdo the arimidex dose and length of use.
