I haven't posted in nearly a year, but I have been reading around the forums laying low. I've put on a fair amount of mass and I have been working hard o cutting up. My bf % has deff. dropped a fair amount since my last pictures I have posted; however, since then and up until now I am still concerned with my lower chest. I have no lumps in my lower chest that would give me the idea of having gyno, however I still have the puffy areoles or fatty lower chest. I've posted on this before and I decided I should just try to keep up a strict diet with good cardio, but I haven't gotten to where I want to be. I'm at the point where I feel I should have no real fat or I suppose water retention around my nipples but I still do.
Now to the main purpose of this post. I have looked into taking just tamoxifen (nolva) or even resorting to Nolvadex XT which is an over the counter, similar supplement (which I have no experience or real knowledge with yet). I was wondering if you guys had any opnions on this, because I'm sure I can get a perscription from my doctor easily and I was hoping this would help my chest. I've had many people come up to me lately and ask my why my lower chest still seems the same. I've done pretty much everything physically and nutritionaly that I could do over the past year to help this out (all though I will keep working) but the results have not been very good. Any advice is very appreciated.
