Nolvadex on cycle. Good or bad and why?

I've been reading a closed group on fcb where aas is discussed.

A lot of uneducated people on there who just go by any advice if it comes from a muscular guy..

Well some said to have used nolvadex on cycle. 20mg ed along with aromasin eod.
Is there any logical reason for this?
What could be the up and downsides to this?

lol, you said a mouthful. I grew up thinking like that as well, until I started to do my own reading. and yes you can have you thought about using 5mg per day?

It's not necessary unless you're gyno prone.

Before I had AI's, I used nolvadex with all my cycle. If I has gyno issues, I would use it on all cycles along with an AI.
