Anyone have any experience with this?
My HCG has not been working properly since March 2015 when I developed severe side effects to a medication called gabapentin (neurontin) taken for non-TRT reasons and got off it cold turkey, which appears to have destroyed my CNS and badly damaged neurotransmitters. Ever since then, I can not take any dose of HCG without getting major water retention in my face, chest and stomach. It's puzzling because I have taken HCG in some various form since 2006 (not continuously) even at HCG monotherapy of 2500iu 3x per week at one point and NEVER had this side effect. To date, I have absolutely no idea why this has happened or how to stop it. Doctors do not know either (of course). Right now I do not take HCG because of this nasty side effect but am looking to add it back due to positive effects on my sex drive, energy, and reduction of testicular athropy.
I'm wondering if taking nolvarel would help stop this side effect. Right now I have APP HCG. Does it make sense to try a new brand or is this just wishful thinking? Anyone have any experience with nolvarel?
