noob progress pics

How often did u work out before?? N what kind of diet? How old r u? Not to be rude man but u looked like my 17 yr old nephew that doesn't even lift. nice job on the gains but like u already said, u coulda gotten there WITHOUT gear

The pic was before I started working out. I worked out for 3 months before my test cycle. I previously lifted in football from 7th-12th grade 5 days a week. I was living a bad life taking pain pills and getting in the gym is my anti drug. I was depressed when I came off the drugs and I decided to do a test cycle to "jumpstart." Dont plan on doing another cycle for atleast another year. I know everyone says wait until youve reached your genetic potential, but running a cycle shouldnt affect my gp. Wouldnt it just get me closer to it sooner? Just like pros starting gear at too early of an age, we all have to weigh the pros and cons of gear. I think it saved my life. I just turned 25.

Dont break down macros.
Breakfast - egg whites and oatmeal
Snack - fruit and granola bar
Lunch - chicken breast, brown rice, and sweet potatoe
Postworkout - almonds and protein shake
Dinner - chicken breast, pasta, and fruit
Bedtime - snack protein shake and yogurt

i dont know whats worse, people who run oral only cycles or people who haven't even worked out a year before hitting the gym.. not going to lie, what you did was kinda pathetic and lazy, if gym was your cure then you shoulda been fine without steroids... also once you come off a test cycle you go back to being depressed after like 3 weeks from last pin....

3 fucking months??! R u kidding me?? Dude, it sounds like u wanted to go from one drug to another. I know we want results fast but shit, u didn't wait for anything to happen naturally. Did u try pussy? ED at 2-3 sessions makes me "happy". Kind ofca waste of a 1st cycle IMHO

I would have said at first what you did was stupid tell I read that you where on pain pills. I can understand how you must have felt being run down and looking like shit from the drugs. And wanting to get your body in good physical shape. I think you cheated your self out of natural gains you could have made. But honestly if it helps you stay off of hard drugs and stops you from going down the slippery path that pain pills lead to which is hard core drugs of that genre if people get my drift. I think that what you did is the lesser of two evils. It doesn't make it right. But to a certain degree I can argue it doesn't make it stupid. Natural gains can take a long time. and pain pills will lower your natural testosterone levels making getting back into shape harder. Just stay away from oral steroids cause im sure you put your liver through enough stress as it is. And just don't let the drug attic mentality take control of your steroid use. You should really use it as a tool not as a crutch. I do understand how you feel and where you are coming from though and the only person your choice effected was you. So at the end of the day like I said if it stopped you or helped you to not use drugs again and it stays that way its a understandable choice. Not the smartest choice but understandable. There really is no right reason for using steroids we all want to look better. Some ways might yield better results but like I said all that matters is if you reach your goal you used them for and are safe about it all. Good luck man stay away from all the old friends who used that shit its the only way you will get away from it. Its not just the drug that is the problem it is the mind set of the people who use the drug that is the problem to don't be a big fish in a little pond. Make new friends and try to get into a good career. Life go's by faster than you think. And at the end of the day what you do is what you've done. Don't make the mistake of thinking theres more than one second chance some people only get one.

My last pin was over a 2 months ago. I came off cycle and after 2 weeks into post cycle therapy (pct) felt fine. I already had 6 years of weight training under my belt. In 11th grade I could bench 265 3 times at 185 pounds. I dont appreciate your negativity. There are better ways to critique my mistakes with cycling too soon if you feel it neccasary to point them out. I acknowledged I didnt reach my natural limits. Yea 3 months maintenance man. Getting a little bit of muscle boosted my confidence and im happier than ive been in a long time. Depression and addiction are diseases, they can be genetic so gtfo. How is that a "waste of a first cycle" if I kept 20-25 pounds, look and feel better, and my body is in better health than before I started my cycle. You obviously know nothing about depression or addiction. As for jumping from one drug to another, I believe I said I didnt plan on running another cycle for atleast another 12 months. I also have muscle memory. My gains kept increasing even during post cycle therapy (pct).
Using steroids is complete opposite of hard work? You must be a genius! I sat on the couch eating cheetos and the testosterone injections did all the work

U left out a SHITLOAD of info about yourself. I had a long detailed post but my goddamn phone erased it when it bugged out. Going off what u initially said before editing, it looked really bad and that is why I responded the way I did.

It's not like i didn't compliment u on your gains in my first post either. U can see the gains without even bringing up a closer look. Good job. I know exactly what hard work is and no, it's not all the juice that magically makes it happen. U assume I'm n idiot n I assumed u were jumping on roids after 3 months of total training. Both of which aren't true. :-)

First I want to say the progress looks good. Thats the good guy in me. Now the parental figure is about to come out. I've been back in the gym for a year and a half and when I'm not in the gym I'm online researching gear. I know I want the juice, no doubt, but without the proper information all you are doing wasting gear. I don't have all the answers neither does anyone else. At the end of the day everybody just has there own opinions. You are still young and should have had plenty of natural Test in your system. Now to the beast in me. Hit that gym harder and harder. Go out and Get that body you want. Time to hit the gym so much people think you went missing and when you pop back up they dont even recognize you. EVERYBODY GET YOU MOTHER F#@KING SWOLE ON. Peace out and I hope you get where you want to go.

Good job brother!! Now you better up those calories and protein if you want to keep some of those gains. Without proper nutrition you will loose most or all of it.... FEED THE BEAST!!!!

You did put on some noticeable size, good job there. If you continue down the path you've chosen, keep it as simple as possible. More isn't always better, and in your case you really aren't ready to make things more complicated. You will be able to achieve a lot without adding anything. Keep up the hard work.

I think as an addition to diet clean up and life clean up, going to see a professional therapist for potential addiction counselling.. and whatever else.. is a must. it seems like your on the tipping point of trading one crutch for another under the guise of ' healthy ' because it's fitness based. You jumped on juice pretty quick with very little in the way of mental effort on your part to accomplish something first.. you accomplished allot changing you life in the first place, so you do obviously have the mental strength to do it.. but you chose not to.. ?
