Normal T, low Free T, High SHBG - TRT or not?

As I posted on before with other updated markers, the issue of normal T, low free T, elevated SHBG remains unresolved:

STATS:
Age: 53
Ht: 5-7
Wt: 178
BF%: 22%

Estradiol: 10 [3-70]
Total T: 632.4 [348-1197] - NOT ON TRT
Free T: 8.7 (L) [9.0-46.0]
W. Bound T: 55.0 [40.0-250.0]
SHBG: 66.8 [19.3-76.4]

This calculator shows my BAT to be @ 193: Free & Bioavailable Testosterone calculator , however, I have read of the inaccuracy of these calculators.

Again, doc suggested a liver cleanse and to start testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) to bring up free T.

In the meantime, I have started Divanex and Activate Extreme to help boost free T and reduce SGBH.

Another things to keep in mind is that the thyroid hormone (especially T3) I have been running can elevate SHBG.

One of my docs doesn't put much weight on FT and uses TT exclusively to monitor. Many don't agree with his assessment free testosterone, and that it's a "small part" of the total testosterone signal thing.

For me, the decision to move ahead cautiously with testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) I still ponder because my sexual function is fine, so why mess with that. OTOH, if you look at my low free T, age, and inability to recomp no matter how hard I train and eat clean, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) seems like the missing link.

So, the question is whether I should I take my other doc's advice and try TRT.

Free t is more important to feeling good and building muscle , so your shbg is gobbling it all up , maybe a talk with a anti aging doc, you might only need Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) or something else, total test is very reasonable , might even be called very good for age

Drop the Divanex and A Extreme and get some LJ100 extract.

Best get Testojack 100 by NOW.

It completely wipes out SHBG.

Not sure if this is good thing but my free test skyrockets on this stuff.(160 pg/ml)

p.s. by using this and having awesome free test I HAVE NOT built any extra muscle.

To build muscle you need big total T.

Sucks.

I need to lean out bigtime (cut bf by 50%) AND put on 20lbs lean mass. My sense is that even @ 500-600 TT - which is pretty good for 53, I ain't gonna be able to do it w/o getting my TT levels @ >800 and the FT levels back into range. You agree? How much TT do you think I need to be at in order to achieve my goals. I am doing all I can diet-wise and training and it looks like I don't even train. Looking into peptides like Mod-GRF, GHRP-2, etc. as opposed to frank rHGH.

I am beginning to believe what you're saying about the FT. My doc totally relied on TT and never tested FT because he said FT is less relevant, but building LBM and feeling good is the key. My new doc is looks at both.
