Lab Results - Very high T?

I did some blood tests yesterday at 11 AM (so even a bit later than recommended), and I am confused because my T levels seems to be really high. I had expected them to be low. I am not on TRT but was interested in getting on it.

Results:

Total Testosterone: 36.3 nmol/L (1047 ng/dl)
Free Testosterone: 565 pmol/L (44 ng/dl) - range: 180-739 pmol/L
Estradiol 2 (E2): 62 pmol/L (16.9 pg/ml) - range: 40-161 pmol/L

SHBG: 63.9 nmol/L - range: 11.1 - 78.1
FSH: 1.8 U/L - range 1.0 - 12.0
LH: 2.9 U/L - range 1.8 - 8.2
Prolactin: 15.7 ng/mL - range 3.6 - 18.1

Symptoms:

Depression, anxiety, low sex drive, fatigue, inability to focus.

Other thoughts:

Had not been sleeping very well leading up to the test, and as mentioned, also took it at 11AM. Do you think the lab could have made a mistake and read my levels at 1047 where as it really should've been 104.7? Or do I simply have high T?

Age weight and diet will help get answers. FSH and LH are on the low side, prolactin on the higher side and E2 on the lower side. Are you taking any supplements?

I see your member date and it says 2015.... You must know by now we prefer to have all your info usually before we can answer most Q's

SO there are some Q's and age is one . I didn't see any ofo on cycles done or none. Why are you taking BW if not cycling. But if you are What are you doing.

I smell something here and since you have asked us a question without ANY, ANY info we can use :Pat: The Q's are insignificant and no one will be able to tel you anything until you get back here with valid and all encompassing information concerning your Question. :dunno:

Looking at an overview of your previous posts and the Banning of you for a while i see the same type of bazaar Q's and comebacks from you.
Given my review and IMOP you just make up shit. So i predict that you will leave us again for some reason and maybe not just your own.

AS a saving grace why don't you elaborate and fill us in on all the details leading up to this dilemma of High Test.

So I am 29 years old, not currently taking any supplements that I think would influence hormone levels (B vitamins, Vitamin D, Folic Acid). I live a quiet lifestyle, spending most of my time at the desk. I have not exercised for 3 years due to health reasons (Lyme disease). Most exercise I do is a short walk a few times a week. Prolactin has always been on the high side for me. What do you think can cause the low FSH and low LH? I do have CPPS/Chronic Prostatitis, and I suspect this may be the culprit. But shouldn't this also lower my T levels?

So yeah, I have Chronic Prostatitis (pain in pelvic, lowered feeling in my dick and low semen fluid output), in combination with Peyronie's disease (scar tissue and pain in my penis) which I contracted from a sex injury a few years back.

First time I signed up here I was on SSRI's (Zoloft) and my test came back around 300-350 for Total T, and below the range value for Free T. I am experiencing similar symptoms now as I did on Zoloft, and was surprised that my T levels came back so high.

Just wanted to know if there was anything else in the blood work that could point to my symptoms. Could it be the low FSH or the borderline low E2? Otherwise it's probably unrelated to hormones.

My diet consists of a lot of red meat. Probably a pound a day on average. I also eat quite a lot of "bad" stuff, like milk chocolates and candy bars. I am also a heavy nicotine user.

The ranges are there because we can vary so much on individual levels. If you're not actually taking anything you got powerful testicles that dont require a lot of LH and you run a lower estrogen level.

Smoking can mess with things. I have no idea on lymes. I'm am epileptic medications elevate my estrogen causing me to be a limp dick bitchy dude with tits haha I would definitely become am expert on any illness I ever have long term.

Well OP, you now have come up with more info in which if we had previously the members could do some research to help you. See now Mycelium has had a host of problems and has been taking meds for many years.

You mentioned you are on SSRIS and are thinking maybe a contributing factor. Mycelium backs that some meds increase hois test levels and also his prolactin but I don't know what or which. So I will tell you i have been on Prozac since 83' I have had others Lamictal, Depacote, Welbutrin, and more. Diagnosed with Manic Depression (Bi-Polar) before it was even called bi-polar. I have never had a problem, none. Of course i wasn't taking BW or cycling. Only time I had BW done so i may not be accurate to a point. HOPwever I had no symtoms that would bother me.

In fact guys , still taking my SSRIs forever and a day. The last time I had BW was 1 year ago without cycling 210 ng/dL . Two years ago cycling it went to 7,000 and 9,000 but <10,000 that was doing a little over a gram and a half.

So looking back i really don't think the SSRIs is in anyway effecting my hormones. IMOP

OP if I am wrong about your intentions , well sorry. However i may add that we recently were being hassled by Trolls so I am a little cautious. Please recognize that you didn't have much input on your opening post and see with some info you got a few more bites......

OMM, :)

your estradiol is low for having test that high. which either means the labs are wrong or somethings going on with your liver making aromatase. some other popular lyme drugs can slightly impare aromatase activity but anyways with a TT of 1000 ur e2 should be in the 40s. Prolactin being close to the top of the range tells me that you have an inflammation problem, and maybe your immune system is still pissed off from the lyme. lyme is controversial, ive been treating for 3 years and still test positive. Im doing the dapsone protocol right now, so far im hanging in there. some things that i find help me the most are daily cialis 5-10mg, weekly glutathione injections with hydroxocobalmin 1ml each, telmisartan, im on a high dose, but 20mg is good. Id suggest adding those to your regimen and seeing if you notice some improvement. Supplementing orally doesnt have the same effect as injecting glutathione. its also cheaper, one 30ml vial of glutathione costs me around 100 and lasts 4 months. buying supplements costs more, and doesnt have anywhere close to the effect. same with the hydroxocobalmin. if you want to talk more about lyme feel free to pm me.

I have no idea if any of that is factual and know nothing about lymes disease but if I was in your position I would hit Google with the info and research it fo sho!!!
