Not enough calcium?

I've been drinking fatfree milk w/ 30% of calcium per cup for the past 2months now. I've been noticing a lot of white marks on my fingernails and isn't that a sign of not enough calcium? I drink about 8cups a day... When I used to drink 2% fat milk I never had these markings, but after I swithced I've noticed more and more.

Any help?
 
I usually don't drink milk, but I take a good Cal/Mag supplement along with my multi-vitamin. I try and get 1500mg day of Cal (spread out). I'm not sure about the white marks on your nails, but try using a supplement for a few weeks and see if they go away.
