Not losing any weight (vent)

God damn it! Thought I'd crash diet and bump up the cardio for a week. Eating nothing but all natural peanut butter and chicken, no fats, biggest amount of carbs from cereal at breakfast time. Also running with thermorexin and drinking what seems like an ocean.

Pissing and shitting a lot but this morning I'm the same frickin weight. God damn it!!

Let's see what your eating and maybe we can fix it up for ya'.
You need a certain amount of fats each day. Are you supplementing any good fats in there, like flax oil or fish oils?
