Not sure where to go from here....

Hey guys! I have been stuck on what I should do diet wise. Last Summer, I got great results from low carb. 2-3 meals just chicken and broccoli, couple shakes with flax, and a salad at night. I put on a good 10 lbs. over the winter. I am a female, and right now Im 141 lbs. Training is 5X a week, cardio 5X. Dieting and training all week, I do have a cheat day. This includes some drinking, and some shitty foods. I felt the best when I was at moderate carbs, in the morning and post workout. Im at around 1500-1600 cals per day. Im not seeing anything as far as weight loss over a 3 week period, but I just got back into it. Now, the only carbs I get are post workout.
Meal 1: 3 scrambled eggs with salsa or whey shake
Meal 2: whey shake
Meal 3: (postworkout) protein, oj, and fruit shake
Meal 4:4 oz. chicken and broccoli
Meal 5: salad w/h 4 oz. chicken, cucumber and green pepper, little bit of feta cheese, and lite ceasar dressing.
Should I stick with this, and wait it out??? Will i eventually see any changes?
