Ok do any of my fellow users ever run into the situation where you are not currently "on" and somebody comes up to you and says hey are you losing weight???? I hate those words!!! lol I've been off for about 4 months now and somebody asked me that today for the first time!!!!! It's like the words no bodybuilder wants to hear!!! It almost makes me want to run year round!!!! Well anyway I'm only down 10 lbs for when I was on and I've maintained a lot of strength form my last cycle!!! I always give them the story well it could be a couple things one I'm not as tan as when I'm actually body building makes you look more full....um I cut out the amount of grams of protein that I take per day...to much or anything is to bad for your body!!! I always relate back to my sports day and say you can not just bust your ass 365 a year!!! You have to give you body a break..... just like anything you train your ass off for months let's say to get ready for a fight!!!! Fight night you look the best feel the best are the best ect and after the fight you have to give your body a break.... let's just say ease off the throttle!!! Last I tell them during these months holiday months I cut back... in the gym 2-3 times a week vs 4-5 when I'm on!!!!
Anyway figured I would ask any of my fellow brothers if they ever run into this and what the say to make it all make sense!!!! I could always just say I'm off the juice lol!!!!!
