Noticed tiny lump underneath....

Noticed tiny lump in right pec under nipple on bottom side that was a little tender from last week...
I'm on ADEX E4D 0.25 mg...maybe move it up to E3D at same dose ?
Should get rid of it ?
Been running 500 iu. E3D of HCG with TRT protocol...
maybe E2 is catching up ?

Yes, it sounds as though you may have to increase your AI.

Don't be worried though, Rome wasn't built in a day.

Get it checked by a doctor. Sooner you deal with it the better. And check your E2 again. Get peak and trough E2 levels.

Took 0.25 mg ADEX last night....
I've noticed light break outs on my neck area as well.
Looks like E2 elevation.
But oddly it was only right side I felt this.
Last time I felt lumps in pecs was way back in the day when PCT'ing. It was both sides though.
Nolva cleared it up.

Theoretically lumps or developing gyno issues are exacerbated by excess E2 levels, are they not ?
an increase in ADEX dose should technically reduce the supply of E2 to developing gyno in breast tissue.

depends on if it's already formed or not. You sound like me. I have slight gyno but only on my right nipple. Didn't notice it during pct as nolva destroyed it.
Since getting on TRT though it came back, even with estrogen in range. Kinda forced to take an ai to deal with it until I can afford surgery. Usually come 2 days after injection if I don't take an ai.
The acne though was caused by arimidex for me.

that's a sign of increase in anxiety for me....
That's why I hate taking ADEX more than E4D....

not really that much of a difference but I like to go in the morning to make sure I get results the next day asap.

shouldn't matter if on TRT.
I'm interested in the Estradiol more.
