Ok fellas, I've been MIA a while a with due cause. Been a long rough road, can't seem to catch a break last few years. Training is on and off due to injuries and recovery time has been the majority of last year.
No more f-ing around! Long story short I've been outta the game a long enough time recovering from a few gunshot wounds to my leg, abdomen and shoulder. The nature in which I received them is irrelevant but the recovery was long and arduous.
With almost no permanent physical damage I've been back training for a few months and ready to get back on the train.

5'11"
210lbs
16% bf calipers
Bench 245
Squat 285
DL can't do anymore
Most my lift are still low but it's been a slow road back. Typically I don't like to hop on until I'm above 300 again on my big 3. I know I CAN pull over 3 on DL still but can't with my health condition.
My cycle I'm choosing is gonna be
16 wks 500mg/wk test e
8-15 350mg/wk NPP (100mg EOD)
9-16 80mg ED Anavar
12-16 hcg 500iu/week
Then hcg blast 1500iu before pct if I choose to come off, I may choose to cruise at trt dose.

My training focus is again functional because it's a requirement of my profession. So a lot of mobility work and sprinting accompany my 5 day split lifting.
 
Crushed day one with a barrage of lower body work. Everything from kb swing and gauntlet squats to snatches cleans front and back squats leg press and sprints. Plenty of recovery and injury prevention work and decided to kick this cycle with a bit of dbol at 60 mg a day.
Feeling great. No pain (injury) and felt real strong. But I know better than to just throw the plates on and go these days so the first 3 weeks are gonna be slower and focusing on form and quality reps before I just start blasting it again.
