Well hello everybody. Recently, I have dropped from 365 to 318 (this morning) and my goal is to get to 305, asap. After I achieve this goal, I will try to put on as much lean muscle as possible before August with a target weight of 320. This is all going to be done in prep for D1 football.

With that being said, I will be using this journal as a means of motivation, education and accountability. Please feel free to post ANY advice on really any subject. That includes but is not limited to: supplements, cardio, routines and food. I'd like the spirit of the journal to be more relaxed than most, more of a convo lounge feel.

I don't know how detailed this will be in terms of detailing my specific work outs or measurements of my food, but at the least I'll detail my cardio and what I have ate for the day.

So, here we go:

Starting Weight: 318 Pounds
Goal Weight: 299-305 Pounds
Current Supplements: CLA, Flaxseed Oil, Fish Oil, Multi
Currently cycling: 500 mg of DNP
Cardio: 45 min, incline, walking pace

So far,
Food Consumed: Oatmeal, chicken breast, 2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites.
Water: Half Gallon <-----This is low for the day, I'm shooting for another whole gallon

Notes: Today is an off day for lifting, the low intensity cardio was this morning and I plan on playing blacksketball tonight.
 
Welcome to the Journal section my nubian friend. First of all, congrats on going from 365 to 318. That's quite an accomplishment. Secondly, I would add some Glucorell-r before all carb meals, especially in conjunction with the DNP as an anti-oxidant and maybe some quercitin (sp).

Ahh yes, the anti-oxidant. I've been drinking Pineapple juice but I need to pic something up. I probably won't get pictures as the only camera I have access to is my phone and it is not very clear from that far away.

nice work thus far. 13 lbs should be a cake walk assume you are over 10-12%bf. For D1 eh? are you a senior? o-line? how many days you been on the dnp and how many more to go?

I am 6'6". Yes, I play offensive line. No, I will be going in as a freshman at 19. I took a year off before going to college. This is day 8 of DNP.


JT- The low dose was going great, sides were not even noticeable. I want to see if starting with the low dose and then going on the higher dose will ultimately allow me to stay on longer (17-18 day range) and lose more weight. I see no reason why not.
 
So, instead of playing basketball I did more max incline walking and jumped some rope.

The thing I dislike about DNP the most is that my workout intensity is so shitty. Though the fat loss cannot be overlooked. If possible, I plan on staying on another 10 days but I highly doubt that I will stay comfortable long enough. This leads me to believe I should just stop at day 12-13 and allow my T3 function to return to normal and go at it the old fashioned way. We'll see how it goes. Sleeping with a fan placed directly at the end of my bed helps alot.

Exactly, just run 400mg of Test E tp preserve strength and muscle mass. Hell, you're already 6'6" and you're trying to play D1. If I had a chance to play at that level, I would be on something.
 
I'm lifting low weights with high reps.

JT, I can't run Test E, the detection times are a no no, Prop it is.

I'd run it now to assist in retaining strength but I don't have the time to run a 12 week cycle to lose the weight and still have time to put on some quality muscle.
 
whens detection time need? just a side note, for some reason with var i shed a lot unwanted midsection fat thats noticable usually in week 3. maybe something to think about

I am eligible for random testing around August 7th. I am looking to go from May 1 to July 15th. I am thinking about adding some Var but it is my first cycle and most people say Test only but...this is the only cycle I'll be able to run for a few years so I'm thinking I might as well. I know 19 is a bit young for gear but I'm 6'6" so I'm not concerned about my growth plates and I need to be as freakish as possible for preseason.
