of so im 51 and sick of spinning wheels

tren is def bad. so what could i use to gain muscle etc and make training worthwhile. its stalled for a long time now..

First lets get this straight at 51 you can still grow muscle. Hell I would pay a lot to be 51 again. At 63 li was going strong. Mow at 65 and certain health issues I'm not doing well. Get on a good Test cycle , get your calories 3500 + and train like there's no tomorrow. Don't need Tren just Dbol kick then Test an Deca.

good ole testosterone or maybe deca durabolin because of its long half life. but please get your blood work checked out beforehand and HGH might help too, I would stay clear of anything else if I were you. If you have constricted arteries or if you have bad LDL then I would suggest only hgh.

If you are training regularly and gains have stopped at 51, look into testosterone replacement. I went on at 47. It makes a world of difference.
