Off cycle diet help

I just got off a 16 weeker of test-e and eq, start post cycle therapy (pct) in about 2 weeks. I need some advice on how much to be eating now and when I should start cutting. I'm 26 5'11" 218 14-15% bf. I would try and eat 4500-5000 cals/day while on and even with all that I was stuck at 218 for about a month, didn't pass it.
My diet breakdown on-cycle is approx. 80-120gr fat, 250-350gr protein and the rest carbs....while bulking I try mainly for complex carbs but do allow myself more simple carbs too. My protein comes from beef, chicken, fish and meal replacement shakes.
I dropped the cals to 4000 now that I'm off, trying to keep about the same % breakdown on the macros, unsure of where to go next.
 
Although It is fall, I hate being at a bodyfat percentage of 15%. I just feel to fat. So if you asked me I would say cut now, however, some people say that it is wise to keep eating the same as you did on cycle, post-cycle to maintain the new muscle you acquired...Maybe try and drop your fat intake by half and increase your protein and carbs to compensate and stay at the same calorie intake you were at on cycle. Throw in some cardio and get rid of the simple carbs...good luck.

Yeah, have already cut down on simple carbs, no coke or stuff like that now. For cardio I've started doing 30 minutes walking at a 3-6% incline 3 times/week..only like 3.5 mph. I'll start some more mountain biking on weekends too.
