When I bench the past few days I have a pain from the outer part of my bicept down to my elbow. Feels like tendonitis. How long will this shit hinder my bench?

do you hear poppin sounds at all? like there's little bubbles inside your arm.

If so that's BAD.

otherwise... I would say you just prolly strained it during your bicept/shoulders workout which case take it easy for another few days/a week. Workout only till you feel some light pain and then ease back.

No, no popping sound.

I was a pitcher for a few years, and the pain is very similar to being overused. Inflamed tendons.

I just know someone I work out with has tendonitis in his shoulder and has had it for months now and can barely work out at all.

I had to cut my last cycle short because of this poppin..turned out i had spurs and slight arthritis of the bows...rest and anti inflamms helped it.

Well I took today completely off, which is unusual for me.

Hopefully tomorrow on close grip day I wont feel any pain.

Thanks for the insight, guys!

sasme thing has been happening to me, use a supertight elbow wrap, and lower the weight just enough to slow your speeds way down, coming down and going up, that fixed it for me.........at least for now/try this fo 2 weeks
