so i am 37 yrs old, weight around 275-280, not in the best shape, not very active, i was into sports as a kid very much, football, wrestling, swimming,, now i do nothing,,, im looking for the best way to loose fat and get cut at the same time. i have no experience what so ever with supplements as far as muscle goes. sure ive took the average loose weight quick pills with no success. im tired of looking down and seeing belly, or no feet. im pretty thick in the chest and shoulder area, probably due to the earlier life sports, but im always tired, no motivation, i always feel drained. i need some real help on what to start with. so i need energy, lose weight maybe 30-40 lbs and turn to muscle actually cut muscle.. any ideas for this begginer???

You need to take that step bud, start up a gym membership, set up a good weekly workout, and most importantly get that diet in check. After a month or 2 on a good diet and workout plan you will shed pounds and see an increase in energy bud I guarantee it.

Also get some blood work done just to be safe. I'm guessing your energy levels are shot due to being inactive and out of shape but get your T levels tested just for the hell of it since you're almost 40.

Oh and those diet pills or fat bunners I wouldn't take anymore. Diet and exercise will burn fat faster than anything out there.

Before thinking about roids, you have to understand that roids are not shortcuts.
You need a real meal plan and a workout plan. The most important thing is STRESS MANAGEMENT.
You need sleep. Real healthy sleep, not napping on the sofa while stuffing chips in mouth.
This is a lifestyle, a commitment to yourself.
There are tons of meal plans out there, choose one you like. Same goes for the workout.

The obvious answers are get to the gym, eat right, and sleep

I would also consider spending your free time reading up on training and nutrition principles, watching fitness related youtube channels, and becoming friends with other "meat heads". The more you invest and surround yourself with fitness, the more likely you are to stay committed. Not only that but it will increase your chances of success and IMO nothing breads commitment like success

A higher protein intake is great way to see enhanced fat loss. Not only will protein-rich foods calm hunger pangs, but they also have a higher thermogenic effect. Keep in mind that for every 100 calories you eat, your body will burn about 20-30 percent of those calories off simply breaking down the food.
You should also sleep more and get your required 8 hours in as your insulin sensitivity will decrease from lack of sleep, which means that hormones will be less effective at shuttling glucose from your blood into cells, where it should be and the result being that It pumps out more insulin, still hoping to finish the job. The problem is that insulin is also a fat-storage hormone.
Have your low carb days as you prefer, but add two high days into the mix as well. This tricks the body into thinking carbs are around all the time, avoiding the plateau-causing ********* drop that otherwise occurs.
Full-body workouts increase your metabolism more per workout due to the large amount of muscle mass you hit. They also allow for more total downtime to rest during the week.
A steady-state cardio training allows for a longer fat-burning session. Interval training ramps up your ********* rate and increases fat oxidation rates for hours after the workout is done.
Give these a try and see how it goes and good luck!

The biggest thing is sticking with one thing. Get yourself a great diet, simple workout plan, and bookmark some inspirational pages on the interwebs. I fucked around for 5 years with different diets, plans, and supplements. Yet i still have seen twice the results in the last two years from just finding plans and sticking through them. If i could go back i would find a good 5 day basic split, basic cutting diet, and BASIC supplements (whey, & caffeine pills). The absolute, biggest, most supreme thing is picking something basic that youll stick with. Good Luck bro! Everyones welcome in the iron brotherhood!

There is know easy way. It takes hard work and dedication. Get in the habit of going to the gym, and do lots of cardio.
Anyone tells you different, run!
