There's been a lot of debate of whether or not you can make gains on a pretty-much-liquid diet. So, I've decided for 2 weeks I'm going to find out.
Now, don't get me wrong, I am going to have real food every-now-&-then, but mostly shakes (1/2 cup organic oatmeal, 1 cup organic skim milk, 2 scoops ON whey, 1 scoop of organic-fresh peanut butter and a couple ice cubes).
I understand everybody's body reacts different, but this will just be one example.
I'm going to get my stats taken prior, during & at completion.
I'll keep everyone updated. It probably won't be for a week (have to get all stats complied), but it's going to be real soon.
