Ok need some help...Simplify things for me please...

Right now I'm 6'3 330lbs 35% body fat. 4 months ago I was 365. I slightly changed my diet and worked out 4-5 days a week. Now here's the funny part..the biggest change for me was getting rid of the sweet drinks (Soda, juice etc).



When I work out, I usually fast walk uphill and run for 45mins. Then I lift weights for another 30. I LOVE cardio. (Former Football player) But I stalled about 1 month ago and haven't been to the gym in 5 weeks. Luckily my body weight stayed at 330 even though I eat pretty bad. I still stay away from the sweet drinks though.


So I have a few questions

What's safe to eat? And how many times? What's a nice simple diet?

Are there any supplements that can assist me with losing weight?

How do I retain muscle while burning fat? I don't want to turn into a vegetable?

Thanks in advance! Eventually I want to get ripped, but I know that journey is long one...
