OK Time to change!

I have made a decision and need some advice for it:

I am goin lose this weight I've been carrying around incase a football offer happened, but it doesn't look like....(got invited back for a second tryout, but the want to play just isnt there anymore)

So I need some advice for a guy who is 6'3'' around 255 to lose some BF. If I had to make an educated guess, I may say im around mid-20's to high 20's in BF I would love to get that to the teens.

So my question is, what form of cardio is the least catabolic (I dont want to lose any weight im pushing at the moment.) And, I heard from another member on this board who has near the stats of myself that an ephedra/asprin/coffee cycle, some 2-3times a day will do wonders (cycling, not forever :p) I am currently "watching" what im eating, and that has helped me to stay at the same weight for awhile now, but I need to start dropping BF. Any suggestions on cycles of weight loss pills, do I even need them? Any suggestions?

loosing BF is simple. Cut your carbs. maintaing muscle is simple as well, low impact cardio 2-4 times per week and keep your protien high. at your weight 400g/d of protein should be enough. carbs at 100g/d. train heavy emphasizing the core movements. simple enough, have fun.

Thanks bud! So 100carbs a day should be my limit, ok.

How about when I eventually reach my goal of bf, when I start taking in more carbs will I shoot up like a balloon?

Also, low impact cardio, is that biking, and not running?

take in 100g carbs a day. try to hit this pretty close.

when you up your carbs if you start getting to heavy just cut them back again.

cardio is 45 minutes on tread mill at 3.5 or so. walking.

Start morning walks and getting a better diet. Get up, get a protein drink in, and then walk for 45minutes in an "ok" pace. Then get home and eat a goofd breakfast. This will up youre bodys fatburning all day. Then add in some cardio.

Sounds like a plan to me bro.

If you want to lose fat quickly the best way to do in my opinion is cardio in the morning for 40-60 min on an empty tank only coffee or water that way you start burning fat from the time you wake up . lower your carbs under a 100g a day keep your protein intake high 3 times the amount of carbs , eat 4 to 5 small meals a day dont forget to still include some fats essential example nuts , only green veggies for carbs after 5 pm so all your carb intake should be in earlier in the day , your proteins should come from lean meats , fish, egg whites , low carb protein drinks an eca stack is a great idea 3 times a day not only will it help you with raising you metabolism but will help you with energy levels . No breads, butters , fried foods , cheese , no sugary drinks , limit your juice intake , and drink at least 1 gallon or more a day of water . I hope this helps you out , keep us posted .

Any reason why walking and not running?

walking gets the heart rate up without causing a catabolic reaction as bad. as running. hate to build muscle and then loose it by doing intense cardio.

Ok, walking it is... should I buy a tredmill and walk for an hour in my bedroom like ronnie c? (jk)
