I have made a decision and need some advice for it:
I am goin lose this weight I've been carrying around incase a football offer happened, but it doesn't look like....(got invited back for a second tryout, but the want to play just isnt there anymore)
So I need some advice for a guy who is 6'3'' around 255 to lose some BF. If I had to make an educated guess, I may say im around mid-20's to high 20's in BF I would love to get that to the teens.
So my question is, what form of cardio is the least catabolic (I dont want to lose any weight im pushing at the moment.) And, I heard from another member on this board who has near the stats of myself that an ephedra/asprin/coffee cycle, some 2-3times a day will do wonders (cycling, not forever ) I am currently "watching" what im eating, and that has helped me to stay at the same weight for awhile now, but I need to start dropping BF. Any suggestions on cycles of weight loss pills, do I even need them? Any suggestions?
