Hello folks, new here but definitely not new to body building.I need some help (read personal advice sponser).I am 42, 6'2 270 lbs. I have been a gym rat my entire life,up until 3 years ago that is.My weight ballooned up when I stopped lifting and my quality of life both mentally and physically went to crap. I am back at the gym again,fully committed to a big comeback in all areas of my life.I have my diet on track and am working on dropping weight,but it never happens fast enough.
I am looking for help guys.Alot of help.I am willing to put the work,time and $ in to regaining a great quality of life with the goal of being a beast in my 40's. I live in a very rural area and the Internet is my only source of information.
How much weight should I lose before considering gear?
Should I even consider HGH?
What gear is right for a man my age with goals of weight loss and mass gain?
My diet is fairly lean atm 2000 calories.
My workouts are very cardio centered atm ,focusing getting back into lifting shape.
If anyone feels like taking me on as a project and guiding me to my goals in a safe and healthy manner..I am a sponge.
