Members.... If you've taken the time to click on this thread, then PLEASE take a few seconds to offer a show of support with a few words of prayer for a member of this community that is in a very tough time of need. I won't state who it is, but it shouldn't matter. He is a loving husband, devoted father and family man, and a loyal friend and he just got smacked in the face with some very, very hard news. I was in contact with him this evening and after telling me that he's just had numerous chunks of his body cut out, his next statement was, "Hey, it's just a minor setback in the gym. A few more pieces that they cut out of me, and I'll be rebuilt". Dont we all wish that we could have that kind of strength and attitude in times despair. It is said that there is power in numbers and that there is power in prayer. YOU don't need to know who you are praying for, but THEY will know that you are praying for them. Just a simple,

"Stay strong in this tough time... I'm pulling for you", will do. Thx

Chip can you provide some more insight on "getting chunks taken out of the body" so we can maybe learn.

Prayers sent bro

Are you really serious right now, bro? You need to learn how pull for a fellow brother in time of need? And you need the details to validate sending a few kind words? No, I won't lower myself to going into his details.

im sure he takes his word for it. i think he was only asking for details so that maybe others can prevent this from happening to them. i do fully agree that his details should be left personal mind you, but i see no reason for flamming MM.

Our friend and brother is battling cancer, had numerous malignant "chunks" of his body removed and still has more to go. He doesn't want anyones sympathy and didn't ask for your help. I DID. For no other reason than to support a friend, brother, and the HUMAN cause. Is that enough info required to justify a word or two of heartfelt support for another human being? There's your answer MM.
