OMG I am SO frustrated!!!!

Ok so after all of the research I have done, I am finally ready to buckle down and place my order. But everything is out of the US!!!! Grrrrrr......why? And the companies make it so difficult to purchase the items. I know I'm new at all of this and I understand the reason behind it-to an extent. I just need to find something in the US. I know you all can't give me sources because I'm a noob but I guess I just needed to vent.
