on cycle... 5x5 off cycle... new routine

yeah so ill be finishing a 10 week prop cycle in the next week, but continue to cut (calorie deficient but high protein diet with mucho cardio) and have using a 5x5 3-4 day split for the past 5 weeks or so. After i complete this cycle i was thinking about moving to a different routine with higher reps and lighter weights 4-5 day split, with less rest between most sets to keep my heart rate up and hopefully burn more calories. since this cycle was a cutter, i havent gained too much in size as I have gained more definition and lower bf%.

should i keep with the 5x5 or switch to a higher intensity routine. my goals are to continue to lower bf% and cut. i will be getting some bloodwork done in 5 weeks and if everything is where it should be, i will cut my off cycle in half and begin the next cycle in my sig. so it would only be a 5 - 6 week routine change, then I'd go back to the 5x5....

anyway wanted some comments about this idea, flames, or what have you!
 
didn't I read in another post that you were having problems benching 225. why don't you chill out on the juice and get your eating/training in check
 
i can without a doubt say my diet is in check... but my training can use some help, it isnt perfect but has been effective...

since today is my last day of my cycle, i thought i'd use the time to solve the problems i may have. i have plenty of years of "lifting" but actual strict training ~ 2 years, and I never used a PT, which I probably should.
