on my second cycle need help

I am currently on my 2nd cycle. i am taking sustanon 300 4cc a week every monday and thursday and tren 1cc every other day. my only problem is i dont think i am eating enough. i am roughly 450 carbs a day and 350-400 protein a day. any better tips on eating? is this a good cycle?
 
What's your weight, age, bf%, how do you train how long how often. These all affect caloric needs. But that seems like plenty.
 
bf% 20%, trying to bulk then a tone cycle later. my fats ar roughly 150-200g a day, some people say eat whatever you want and some say eat clean. its so hard to eat as much as i am now i just dont feel like im gaining but im only into my second week on this cycle
 
mass gainer, whey protein, karbolyn, casein protein, i eat oats chicken, rice peanut butter, tuna fish, pasta, i use creatine, vitamins, fish oil, the only sugar i get during the day is i drink 2 gatorades 1 before workout and 1 after
 
My Brother aas is going to kick after week two and you need to eat more calorie if you want to gain weight my brother
 
thanks man! i was starting to get worried cause some guys were saying i need to intake 1000 carbs a day. theres no way i could do that id f**%^#$ puke
 
i am forgetting red meat in my diet...turkey burger steaks and beef are high in calories i can try and add that to my food intake as well
 
my calorie intake is only 2000 a day im guessing i need to be in the 3000-4000

You said you eat 450g of carbs and 350-400g of protein per day. And surely you eat some fat too. Either this is wrong or you at not eating 2000 calories per day. Do the math.
 
Yes exactly 4 calories on gram on crab and protein each, and 9 in fat. At 450 carbs that's almost 2000 there.
 
yeah your right i dont get to write it all down of what i intake a day i work 10 hours its a pain in the ass to keep track its probably more calories. i think where my biggest problem is that i am focused on eating everything with low saturated fat. i think i just need to eat whatever and get crazy with it.so yeah my # is probably off a bit and i may be eating enough but i am going to make sure i eat plenty until i see results when it all kicks in and then possibly go from there. correct me if i am wrong i am looking for advice!!!
 
my mass gainer alone is 850 calories with 2 cups skim milk plus i eat a protein meal with it so i get atleast 1000 calories right there... i workout about 2 hours a day i usually work chest and triceps one day then biceps and back then legs and shoulders then start over. are there any quick tips to get quick calories and carbs?

Your doing 1200mgs a week of Sustanon and tren too for your second cycle? Wtf is everybody talking about diet for when this is crazy as hell to ne running for a second cycle!
 
my first cycle i ran 600mg sustanon a week with deca... a friend of mine told me to up it this cycle. on my first cycle i satyed at 300mg a week for 5 weeks then went to 600 for the last 5....so i should drop the mg a week now? how much should i drop?
