yohimburn seems to be your only hope if surgery is out of the question. I had fat tits since I was akid and had surgery to get rid of it becasue no matter how much I dieted it would not go away, and I think you may be in the same boat.

There was a theory awhile back that felt injecting GH into the fattie tissue was a possible remedy. Dont know if much follow up was done or if it was something that was shot down by the community as an incorrect theory.

Yeah bro it cost arond 3k, make sure if you ever have it done that they do not remove the entire gland, you will need lipo, as well as part of the gland removed.BuddyBoy said:

actually the use of EC/NYC with Yohimburn DF.... AS WELL AS an aromatase inhibitor is a good way to decrease chest fat..
for puffyness the above is also good, though some may find that they need to add a prolactin suppressor (hydergine+selegiline or bromocriptine.. or one of the other dopaminergics)

I have experienced a some spot reduction of fat with PGF-2 but I don't think it is worth the sides.
