One Boidyoart Or Two For Those Who Train Competively?

I was wondering for those who are on cycle and compete in competitions if your split is based on one or two bodyparts a day. Right now Im doing two bodyparts a day but considering going to one without any rest days and going from four sets per exercise to five. Now its

Day 1: Arms (Forearms, Triceps, Biceps)
Day 2: Chest And Legs
Day 3: Back And Shoulders
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: Repeat
Id go to something like
Day 1: Arms
Day 2: Chest
Day 3:Shoulders
Day 4: Legs
Day 5: Back
Day 6: Reapat

Logically I would say training one muscle specifically rather than two would be quite beneficial.
Simply due to the amount of your bodies resources being used in one specific area rather than spreading the need for repair across a larger area.

However I am like you and I do one group a day. Like Bis and Tris then Thighs and Abs etc

I wouldn't train your arms before training your chest/back/shoulders.. u need your triceps to be fresh when training chest and doing shoulder presses.. same with biceps.. if u train forearms before doing back exercises, how do u expect to grasp the weight with fatigued forearms from a previous day?

Cool good tip. But I'm still wondering what most do on cycle. For those who train pro do they get more focus and time working on one part?

Everybody is different. Some train twice a day, some don't. Some hit every body part 2-3 times a week, some only once. None of them are wrong. It's what works best for u..
