I do something similar
I hit quads/calves on sun and hams/calves on wed, I am too wiped after quads to hit hams right after, plus having hams on their own day you get a more productive workout on hams, and you get more recovery for quads meaning whereas you would be utilizing that time recovering your quads adequately instead of using that potential recovery time trying to blast your hams. Do what works best for you, you will know what to do.
