One month into TEST E (12 weeks) + DBOL (4 weeks) - Massive 36lbs weight gain!

it seems to be a new thing to just throw random numbers out there for peoples calorie consumption without really knowing WTF 4000cals truly is

I did yeah mate. Will post soon! I'm so gonna be judged around here as I started the cycle pretty "skinny" 77kgs now I'm 94kg(ish) only a month later! I kow it's mostly water but I know I'm deff gonna keep at least 30% of it. The strength increase also has been crazy! So I don't regret starting this kick start cycle! ;))

You're gonna be judged if you're a pro BB bro, that's what we do. Take it constructively and move on. Don't get mad, or upset. It's the internet and you're never ever gonna see any of these guys in the real world. Besides that 90% of us are here, ultimately, just to help you learn. Post em up and don't worry about it.

Can you elaborate

yes, it means .. without recording macros and following a diet you could be eating way over maintnence or way bellow thinking your really eating 4000 cals

how many times do you see on bb.com someone saying their a hardgainer and can't gain weight then when they post their diet its like a 1000cal deficit from their TDEE and they aren't really eating those 4000cals

or vice versa your eating wayyyy to much and putting on wayyyyy to much fat like it seems in this case

Where are the pics?

Did you take before pics??? If so I'm very interested to see the before and 36 lbs later pics.. Cheers

U have any before and now pics bro?, def get a better idea with pics
Just by guessing tho being 170lbs at the start eating 4000 cals a days your tdee probably sits around the 2700-2800 mark, so eating over 1000 cals a day over maintanence will put weight on anybody

That's a lot of weight you've gained bro

just posted them. It's on the first post. DONT LAUGH. I mean, I'm happy with the gain so fuck it lol
