Hey guys! I'm fairly new here, been reading a lot of threads but never actually written one here though.
I'm in my 8th week of my Deca (250mgs) and Test E (around 300mgs). Did 2 first weeks one single shot, 3rd and 4th week i went up to every 5 days. Since then I've been pushing every 3-4 days.
MY stats before starting:
Height: 5.6
Weight: 165Lbs
BF: 8-9% according to fat caliper
My lifting stats (Acording to 1 max rep)
Chest: 204Lbs
Squat: 249Lbs
Deadlift: 330Lbs
Standing shoulder press: 124Lbs
MY stats after 8 weeks:
Weight: 190Lbs
BF:11-12%
Lifting stats:(1max rep)
Chest: 235Lbs
Squat: 268Lbs
Deadlift: 386Lbs
Standing shoulder press: 162Lbs
I've got all my stats posted on BB.com for reference.
In about 2 weeks I'll be done with the Deca During those last 2-3 weeks I've thought about upping thwe dose of my Test to about 350mgs every 3-4 days. (Any thoughts on that?)
My diet before starting my cycle was about a 2000-2300Cals/day. I wasnt counting my carbs, fats and proteins to the exact gram. I just kept within my goal of 50% protein 30-40% carbs 10-20%fats
Workout routine:
Day1: Chest, Triceps.
Day2: Biceps, ''upperback''.
Day3: Shoulders, Core. (Including Deadlift)
Day4: Rest.
Day5: Legs(quads, glutes, calves) pretty much everything.
Day6: Rest.
Day7: Rinse and repeat.
I've stayed on the same routine while on my cycle all I've done is ramp up the intensity a bit and I'm doing more heavy lifting.
Diet during cycle: Comprising of about 3,500-5000Cals. Not particularly picky about where the calories come from, but I'd sat I'm around 40%protein 40% carbs 20% fat, so really not much has changed.
I know Deca causes allot of water retention witch i in all honesty I hate, the bloating feeling you get is in my mind awful. But i guess it comes with it...
What i really want to know is what you think of the cycle I've been doing so far. Stats wise, dosage wise and so forth. Reminder this is my very first cycle EVER! I know it's recommended that you start of with Test only cycle, but I felt like i wouldn't have gotten the results i would have been hoping for with Test only cycle.
This may be a hard question to answer since it's different from person to person but what are the weight losses i can look to see after Deca? Assuming I continue with my training plan and cut back on the cals to around 3000 and also drink a shit tone of water. Could I assume that maybe 50% of the weight I've gained is free body weight?(water weight)
